The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency announced a major new initiative to create robotic autonomous manipulators that mimic the human hands, an agency program manager said. I have a hardware question. I just now installed a new motherboard. When I powered it up, the fans came on and so did the mouse, but I did not hear beep and my screen was blank.
